Return & Exchange Policy

At YASHKA CROWN VENTURES LIMITED, we take pride in offering exquisite gems and jewellery of the highest quality. To ensure complete satisfaction, we have established the following Return & Exchange Policy.

01.Exchange Policy

1. Timeframe for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted within three (3) working days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility Conditions

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be intact.
  • Customised/personalised items (e.g., engraved jewellery, made-to-order pieces) cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Items showing wear and tear, damage, or alterations will not qualify for an exchange.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Requests submitted after the 3-day window will not be processed.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or final sales may be non-exchangeable (unless otherwise stated).

How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Contact our Customer Support within the eligible period.
2. Provide your order details and reason for exchange.
3. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
4. Once received and verified, we will process your exchange.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

02.Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@yashkagems.com. We are not responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item back to us nor are we liable for anything that happens to the item before it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of your purchase.I Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
